Fr. Jimmy Puttananickal would like to extend his greetings and thank everyone for making him feel at home since his arrival at our parish in December 2009.  Fr. Jimmy was born October 21st 1976, in Nellippara, in the state of Kerala (India). He has four brothers and two sisters.

Pictured here with his parents, Fr. Jimmy entered the Congregation of the Sons of the Immaculate Conception in 1992 and made his First Profession on Dec.8, 1996.

He took his Perpetual Profession on Jan.4, 2003. Fr. Jimmy was ordained priest on Dec. 27, 2007. He was appointed as the local superior of the Provincial House in June 2007 for one year. Before being transferred to Our Lady of Grace Church, he had been working in a school in Cherupanathady, Keralal, which is run by the Congregation of the Sons of the Immaculate Conception. Fr. Jimmy holds also a Post Graduation in Psychology. We look forward to his conversations about his devotion to faith and his new life here in Canada.
